Since 2018 Rami has consulted on research and evaluation for ministries, agencies and organizations in Israel and abroad.

What YAAR does

Research design and methods

Planning studies that answer the question being asked: samples, measures, and the design that fits a service's real constraints.

Quantitative analysis

Cleaning, modelling and explaining survey and administrative data, and presenting results so that decision-makers can use them.

Monitoring and evaluation

Building ways for schools, districts and welfare services to track outcomes over time, drawing on Rami's work on national and local monitoring systems.

Training

Teaching research methods and data use to professionals and teams. Two Hebrew-language textbooks accompany this work.
